These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Dynaroute, operated by Rutin Route Optimization & Software Solutions Ltd. Co.

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using Dynaroute, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Dynaroute is an AI-powered mobile route optimization and operational planning application designed primarily for solo drivers, couriers, delivery operators, field professionals, sales representatives, service technicians, and other users who need to plan and execute efficient multi-stop routes.

Depending on plan, platform, geographic availability, subscription status, and feature availability, Dynaroute may include:

Multi-stop route optimization
Traffic-aware routing
AI-powered route guidance
Excel bulk import
OCR import
Address geocoding
Stop editing
Stop grouping
Capacity planning
Delivery and pickup optimization
Dynamic ETA
Route re-optimization
Reverse routes
Priority-based routing
Segmentation-based routing
Profit-aware routing
Multiple travel modes
Truck routing
3D load planning
Proof of Delivery
KPI and operational performance reporting
Cost settings
ROI and payback analysis
Navigation and route execution tools
Related planning, mapping, reporting, and optimization functionality

Dynaroute is primarily provided as a mobile application.

We may update, improve, modify, add, remove, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

3. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If you use Dynaroute on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Certain features may require a Dynaroute account.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
All activity occurring through your account
Providing accurate and current information
Protecting your account from unauthorized access
Keeping subscription and contact information up to date where applicable

You must notify us if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Dynaroute unlawfully
Upload or process information you are not authorized to use
Upload harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or misleading information
Attempt unauthorized access to Dynaroute or related systems
Circumvent usage, subscription, plan, or security restrictions
Interfere with the availability or integrity of the service
Introduce malware or malicious code
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Dynaroute except where law expressly permits it
Scrape or systematically extract service content without authorization
Copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit Dynaroute except as expressly permitted
Use Dynaroute in a manner that creates unreasonable technical, operational, security, or legal risk

6. User Data and Responsibility

You remain responsible for data you upload, import, enter, process, or collect through Dynaroute.

This may include:

Addresses
Coordinates
Stop lists
Excel files
Images
OCR content
Notes
Delivery information
Pickup information
Photos
Signatures
Priority information
Segmentation labels
Capacity information
Customer-related information

You represent that you have the lawful right, authority, and permission to use and process such information.

Where data relates to customers, employees, patients, recipients, clients, or other third parties, you are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

7. Route Optimization and User Decisions

Dynaroute is a route optimization and decision-support tool.

Results may depend on factors including:

User-provided addresses
Geocoding accuracy
Traffic information
Map information
Road restrictions
Travel mode
Vehicle parameters
User-selected settings
Third-party data
Network availability
Real-world road conditions

Route results are intended to assist users and do not replace driver judgment.

You remain responsible for:

Driving safely
Following traffic laws
Observing road signs and restrictions
Confirming route suitability
Confirming vehicle suitability
Verifying addresses
Responding appropriately to real-world conditions
Making operational decisions

Never follow an application instruction where doing so would be illegal or unsafe.

8. Plans, Usage Limits, and Entitlements

Dynaroute may offer subscription plans such as Basic and Pro.

Plans may differ in:

Monthly stop allowances
Daily stop limits
Feature access
Truck routing availability
Reporting capabilities
Import limits
Other usage entitlements

Current plan limits, pricing, and feature availability are displayed in the application, official website, or relevant app store and may change from time to time.

A stop may be subject to unique-stop or usage-counting rules described in the application.

Re-optimization or recalculation of previously used stops may be treated differently from adding new stops depending on the applicable plan rules.

9. Subscriptions and Billing

Some Dynaroute functionality requires a paid subscription.

Subscriptions may be processed through:

Google Play
Apple App Store
RevenueCat-supported infrastructure
Other supported billing providers

The price displayed by the relevant app store or payment platform at the time of purchase controls the amount charged.

Pricing may vary based on:

Country
Currency
Taxes
Platform
Local pricing policies
App-store pricing

Dynaroute does not directly store full payment card numbers.

10. Renewals and Cancellations

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled according to the rules of the platform through which they were purchased.

Users are responsible for cancelling subscriptions through the applicable store.

Deleting your Dynaroute account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Refunds, renewals, billing disputes, and store-level cancellations are generally subject to the rules of the relevant app store or payment provider.

11. Trials and Promotional Access

Dynaroute may offer free trials, promotional access, temporary entitlements, or promotional pricing.

Where a 15-day free trial or another trial period is offered, the applicable conditions will be shown in the application, website, or relevant app store.

Trial eligibility may depend on:

Previous trial use
App-store policies
Geographic location
Subscription history
Promotional campaign rules

Where clearly disclosed by the billing platform, a trial may convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.

12. AI-Powered Features

Dynaroute may provide AI-powered features designed to assist with route strategy, optimization configuration, data interpretation, or operational guidance.

AI-generated recommendations:

Are provided for informational and assistance purposes
May not always be complete or accurate
Should be reviewed by the user
Do not replace professional or operational judgment
Do not guarantee a specific outcome

Users should avoid entering unnecessary confidential, sensitive, or personal information into AI guidance fields.

13. OCR and Geocoding

OCR and geocoding results may contain errors.

Users are responsible for reviewing:

Extracted addresses
Geocoded coordinates
Stop details
Imported information

before relying on them for route execution.

Dynaroute does not guarantee that every address, OCR extraction, coordinate, or geocoding result will be accurate.

14. Dynamic ETA and Traffic Information

Dynamic ETA, traffic-aware routing, route duration, and arrival-time estimates depend on available mapping, traffic, road, location, and third-party information.

Actual arrival times may differ due to:

Traffic
Weather
Road closures
Accidents
Parking
Service time
Driver behavior
Local restrictions
Data delays
Other real-world conditions

ETA values are estimates and are not guaranteed.

15. Proof of Delivery

Dynaroute may provide Proof of Delivery functionality such as delivery status, photographs, signatures, timestamps, and related information.

Users are responsible for:

Obtaining any required consent
Ensuring lawful collection of photographs or signatures
Following applicable privacy requirements
Using Proof of Delivery information appropriately

Dynaroute does not independently verify the identity or authority of persons providing signatures or other delivery information.

16. ROI, Cost, and Payback Calculations

Dynaroute may provide ROI, operating cost, savings, and payback calculations.

These calculations are estimates based on:

User-provided information
Route results
Fuel or energy assumptions
Cost settings
Distance
Time
Subscription pricing
Other assumptions

Results are provided for informational purposes only.

They do not constitute accounting, financial, tax, investment, or professional advice and do not guarantee actual savings.

17. Third-Party Services

Dynaroute may rely on third-party providers for:

Maps
Traffic
Routing
Geocoding
OCR
Artificial intelligence
Cloud infrastructure
Storage
Authentication
Analytics
Diagnostics
Subscription management
Payment processing
Notifications

Third-party services are subject to their own availability, terms, privacy policies, data quality, and technical limitations.

We are not responsible for outages, delays, inaccuracies, or limitations caused by third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

18. No Guarantee of Results

Dynaroute is an optimization and operational assistance tool.

We do not guarantee:

The shortest possible route in every situation
Exact ETA results
Complete traffic information
Perfect geocoding
Perfect OCR extraction
Particular financial savings
Specific operational outcomes
Uninterrupted third-party data availability

Users remain responsible for evaluating Dynaroute outputs before acting on them.

19. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, secure, or error-free availability.

Dynaroute may become unavailable because of:

Maintenance
Software updates
Cloud infrastructure problems
Third-party outages
Network failures
Security incidents
Platform restrictions
Force majeure
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

20. Intellectual Property

Dynaroute, including its:

Software
Algorithms
Application design
Interface
Branding
Logos
Graphics
Reports
Documentation
Website content
Analysis and optimization workflows

is owned by or licensed to Rutin Route Optimization & Software Solutions Ltd. Co. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, license, sell, transfer, reproduce, or commercially exploit any part of Dynaroute.

You retain ownership of information you lawfully upload.

You grant us only the limited rights reasonably necessary to process such information in order to provide Dynaroute.

21. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary if:

You violate these Terms
You misuse Dynaroute
You attempt to circumvent subscription or usage limits
Required fees are not paid
Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
Continued access creates legal, technical, operational, or security risk
We are required to act by law, court order, regulator, app store, or platform rule

You may stop using Dynaroute at any time.

You may request account deletion according to the Dynaroute Account Deletion Request process.

22. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dynaroute is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We disclaim, to the extent legally permitted, express and implied warranties relating to:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy
Reliability
Availability
Completeness
Compatibility
Non-infringement

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rutin Route Optimization & Software Solutions Ltd. Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to Dynaroute.

This may include loss of:

Profits
Revenue
Business
Opportunities
Data
Goodwill
Anticipated savings
Operational efficiency

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

24. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rutin Route Optimization & Software Solutions Ltd. Co. from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:

Your misuse of Dynaroute
Information you upload or process
Your breach of these Terms
Your violation of applicable law
Your violation of third-party rights

25. Privacy

Use of Dynaroute is also governed by the Dynaroute Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, processed, stored, disclosed, and protected.

26. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data according to the Dynaroute Account Deletion Request process.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through an app store.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

Product changes
New functionality
Subscription changes
Legal requirements
Security requirements
Platform requirements
Operational developments

Updated Terms become effective when published through the Dynaroute application, website, or another official service channel.

Where required by law, material changes may be communicated separately.

28. Governing Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer protections available under applicable law.

29. Governing Language

These Terms may be provided in multiple languages.

Where permitted by law, the English version will prevail in the event of inconsistency between translations.

30. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
